What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk / Sales Associate position at Club Pilates Framingham?
Club Pilates is a boutique fitness concept and as such the Front Desk Associate provides exceptional customer service to our members! This role also presents Club Pilates to potential members to win new members. Candidates with an outgoing personality and strong customer services experience is ideal. This position is part-time with expected hours of approximately 10-15 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enjoy talking to prospective members about their fitness goals and the benefits of Pilates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues verbally and in writing
- Proficient computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a fun, warm & welcoming atmosphere!
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Provide excellent customer service to our members
- Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- This position has an hourly rate plus 10% commission paid on sales
