JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK –GUEST SERVICE AGENT
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Perform administrative duties as assigned. Check-in and check-out guest. Respond to inquiries and/or challenges in an efficient courteous professional manner. Manage all Front Office incoming calls. Contribute creative solutions to provide efficient process improvements.
JOB DUTIES: Execute guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special request. Pre-register, block reservations, and take same day reservations as necessary. Partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance team to achieve daily goals. Service on property owners accounts. Execute shift requirements, reports, opening and closing procedures. Responsible to keep updated knowledge of property website and in-room guest books. Manage Front Office incoming calls. Able to communicate with various levels of the public, property owners, timeshare guest, timeshare exchange guest and nightly rentals. Stock front office inventory daily. Maintain appearance of front office. Perform any and all other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the Resort's General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years’ experience or willing to be trained Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision Must have solid computer and cashiering skills Administrative experience, e.g., record keeping, office procedures, etc. Must be detailed oriented Full Time (weekend and holiday service required)
Schedules: Noon to 8pm and 3pm to 11pm. Weekends are required.
