What We’re Looking For: - 2-3 years’ experience Club Fitting desired - 2-3 years’ experience in golf equipment sales - Driven, success oriented professionals with a passion for golf - Proven knowledge and experience working with golf equipment including components and brands - Customer oriented, coachable, and outgoing personalities What You’ll Be Doing: - Work together with the customer to provide an outstanding and positive experience through club fitting - Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the customer leaves the store - Conduct an in-depth analysis during the fitting experience utilizing multiple different golf brands including club heads and shafts to find the perfect fit for the customer - Utilize TrackMan and SAM PuttLab to analyze and dissect the customers wants and needs  - Provide extensive product knowledge to our customer base through vendor certifications on all equipment including heads, shafts, and grips - Completion of club building and club repair as needed For more information on what our fitters do, please click here and watch a quick video on the process our fitters are expected to provide to each customer.  For more information on the status of your application, please reach out to recruitment@clubchampiongolf.com.
