About the Position

Club 390, an established upscale gentlemen's club, is seeking an outgoing, personable, and professionally polished VIP Hostess to join our hospitality team.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an exciting nightlife environment, enjoys meeting new people, and has a natural talent for creating memorable guest experiences.

Our VIP Hostesses serve as social connectors, introducing guests to compatible entertainers, developing customer relationships, and helping create an exceptional atmosphere throughout the Club.

This is a hospitality and guest relations position, NOT an entertainer or dancer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Introduce guests to entertainers based on mutual interests, preferences, and availability.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, entertainers, and management to deliver outstanding VIP service.
• Promote VIP experiences, special events, and Club offerings.
• Network and utilize social media to build customer relationships.
• Participate in occasional paid, Club-sponsored outside promotional events.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence throughout each shift.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in upscale hospitality, nightlife, lounges, restaurants, casinos, VIP services, or guest relations preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent conversational skills.
• Confident, personable, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Professional appearance and presentation appropriate for an upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong social awareness, discretion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in an upscale adult entertainment venue.
• Dependable and available for late-night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to work collaboratively and respect the personal boundaries of guests and entertainers.

Compensation

Base Pay: $12–$14 per hour, plus tips.

Historically, successful Club 390 VIP Hostesses have earned $40 or more per hour in combined wages and voluntary guest tips.

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, customer activity, and hours worked. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
