Job Description

Club 390, one of the Chicago area's premier upscale gentlemen's clubs, is seeking an experienced, polished, and outgoing VIP Floor Host to join our hospitality team.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Candidates must be available to work late nights and weekends.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in upscale hospitality, VIP guest services, luxury nightlife, or high-end entertainment venues.

The ideal candidate understands how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and secure environment.

This position combines VIP hospitality, relationship building, guest engagement, networking, and floor oversight. The successful candidate will have the confidence, personality, and professionalism to develop lasting relationships with upscale clientele and help attract new guests to Club 390.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional, personalized VIP hospitality.
• Establish relationships with regular guests, VIP clientele, and prospective customers.
• Actively network and develop contacts to introduce new upscale clientele to Club 390.
• Coordinate with bartenders, cocktail servers, VIP hostesses, entertainers, and management to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Monitor guest activity throughout the club, proactively addressing service concerns and maintaining a comfortable, professional atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining guest, entertainer, and employee safety by identifying potential security concerns and coordinating with management and security personnel.
• Professionally de-escalate guest disputes and recognize situations requiring security intervention.
• Promote VIP experiences, premium services, and special events.
• Participate in club-sponsored networking opportunities, promotional events, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Club 390 positively at all times.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in upscale hospitality, VIP nightlife, luxury entertainment, or high-end guest services is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to network, develop contacts, and attract new clientele.
• Confident, personable, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with high-profile and affluent guests.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to recognize and appropriately respond to potential security concerns.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and diplomatic in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working in an upscale adult entertainment environment.
• Must be available to work late nights and weekends.
• Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and a hospitality-focused attitude.

Prior experience in VIP hosting, luxury lounges, high-end nightclubs, casinos, premium hospitality, or similar environments is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay: $14 per Hour Customer Tips Performance Incentives

Historically, VIP Floor Hosts at Club 390 have earned approximately $35–$50 per hour in combined hourly wages and customer gratuities, with additional opportunities for performance-based incentives.

This position offers excellent earning potential for a motivated hospitality professional who excels at providing personalized VIP service, cultivating repeat business, and attracting new clientele.

Customer gratuities are voluntary, and actual earnings vary based on guest activity, hours worked, tips received, and individual performance. Historical earnings are provided for reference and are not a guarantee of future compensation.
