As a Press Operator, you'll run large metal punch presses to produce high-quality stamped parts used by customers across multiple industries. You'll learn setup and tooling processes, perform part inspections, and record production data in NAV — all while working in a team-oriented, climate-controlled environment that values safety, skill development, and long-term career growth. Opportunities available on shift 15 (5a–3p, Mon–Thurs), shift 16 (3p–1a, Mon–Thurs), and the weekend shift (6a–6p, Fri–Sun).
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate metal punch presses following work orders and blueprints
- Perform quality checks and inspections at regular intervals
- Record production data and part information in NAV
- Assist with tooling changes and press maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with proper technique
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement tools
Work Environment
- Indoor, climate-controlled production floor
- Frequent standing, walking, and material handling
