Clow Stamping Company is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Spot Welders / Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for attaching hardware and components to metal stamped parts using spot welding and assembly machines. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
We're hiring for:
- Shift 15: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
- Shift 16: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday
- Shift 21: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday - Sunday
What You'll Do:
- Operate spot welding and assembly machines to attach components as per production specifications.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Learn to set up and configure machines for new or recurring production jobs.
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate production records using our NAV system.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and follow processes.
- Prior manufacturing is a plus but not required.
