Clovis Global Academy is a public charter school, offering a Spanish-English 50/50 Dual Language Immersion program. We are looking for excellent candidates who are enthusiastic about working in an outstanding public charter school, and are passionate about the importance of language and culture for 21st century competence! This job posting is for Associate TK Teacher who will assist in the Transitional Kindergarten classroom (student ages: 4 to 5 years). Job Purpose: The Associate TK Teacher assists the Lead Transitional Kindergarten Teacher and/or Administration in maintaining appropriate activities and an environment for Transitional Kindergarten students (ages 4-5); enabling children to learn in a play based environment, modeling empathy and active listening, and understanding the unique needs of our young learners. Experience in Early Childhood Education settings such as Head Start, preschool or TK classrooms is highly desired. Bilingual candidates will also receive preference.
