A growing mental health private practice with offices in Bartlett, TN and Cordova, TN, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the PART-TIME (please do not apply if you seek full time employment) position of Office Administrator in our Bartlett locations. The Office Administrator is responsible for a wide range of duties. This person needs to be cheerful, patient, organized, and enthusiastic. GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GRADUATE LEVEL COUNSELING STUDENT.
Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check out clients
- Collect co-pays and verify insurance
- Utilize practice management software and other software
- Manage the schedule for multiple Counselors
- Answers telephone and emails
- Record and pass along messages
- Scanning and filing
- Benefits Investigation to determine clients coverage
- File claims
- Invoice clients
Competencies:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good organization skills, data entry skills, dependable and team player
- Flexible with assignments and able to perform a wide variety of front desk functions
- Good multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
- Eager and willing to learn new skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate student with no experience or Associates Degree preferred. Others considered with applicable experience.
- Computer entry experience and keyboarding skills
- Previous administrative experience in a medical or clinic setting
- Microsoft Office experience
- 1-3 years experience
- Great opportunity for counseling student
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
