Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in TX, AZ, NM, OR, IL TN and FL. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs, and developing customized mortgage solutions. Additional duties include analyzing financial information, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and proficiency with Loan Officer responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Finance and Underwriting principles
- Excellent Customer Service skills with demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with mortgage industry software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Solid knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the mortgage industry is highly desirable
