We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team! If you are a motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic, we would love to hear from you.
This opportunity has monthly bonus opportunities as well.
Pay: You will be paid in several ways:
- Daily Pay: We pay hourly, and we have many opportunities for you to gain full-time hours across our offices as you desire.
- Monthly Bonus: You will have the opportunity to earn several hundred dollars each month in performance bonuses.
- Education: In our Assistant Track program, we want you to grow clinically with us. We have assembled a great catalog of courses and will reimburse what you need for licensure on your path to becoming an RDA, RDA-EF, or obtaining certifications. This includes an X-Ray license, coronal polishing, CDA, RDA, RDA-EF, and certifications such as fluoride, nitrous, infection control, sealants, ortho assistant, and CPR. We will pay 50% of approved external course costs, upon proof of registration and successful completion.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and make them feel comfortable
- Assist dentists during procedure
- Take x-rays and impressions
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean environment
- Supply monitoring
- Lab case monitoring
- Daily, weekly, and monthly logs
- Prescription calling
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Document clinical notes precisely, logically, and concisely
- Complete additional task as requested or assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience at a dental practice
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED, or a certification from a dental college is advantageous
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or other Dental Practice Management Software
- HepB, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California x-ray license, and CPR/BLS certification
- Amenable to work in Sherman Oaks and Encino location.
- Willing to work at least 2 Saturdays a Month.
