What You'll Do

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.

• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Cash Handling & Transactions

• Accurately process cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payment transactions.
• Handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company procedures.
• Issue receipts and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Follow all cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.

Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout area.
• Assist with stocking merchandise and replenishing inventory when needed.
• Support sales floor operations during busy periods.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
