Duration : Temp-to-Hire
Pay rate : $20-$25 (DOE)
Monday–Friday 6AM-4:30PM Friday & possible Saturday Overtime.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team. Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication duties to assemble, repair, and maintain metal components and structures. This position requires the ability to follow work instructions, read basic drawings or blueprints, operate welding equipment safely, and produce quality welds that meet company specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding processes as required.
- Weld, fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related fabrication equipment.
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and positioning metal components.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration.
- Use grinders, saws, torches, measuring tools, and other hand and power tools.
- Perform basic repairs and rework when necessary.
- Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet production and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred.
- Experience with MIG welding preferred; TIG and/or Stick welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
- Ability to use welding and fabrication tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable and maintain regular attendance.
- Welding certification is preferred but not required unless specified by the employer.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and work in various positions.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear.
- Must Pass a Background & Drug Screen
- Must Pass a Measurement Test
