Core Responsibilities
Support mission-critical systems like ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System), OMS (Outage Management System), CIS (Customer Information System), and Work Management platforms.
Handle production incidents in a 24x7 high-availability environment supporting grid and customer operations.
Perform debugging, log analysis, and incident resolution under pressure.
Required Technical Skills
Strong SQL/PLSQL expertise (must be hands-on).
Energy & Utilities (E&U) domain experience — familiarity with utility applications and workflows.
Basic scripting/programming knowledge (Shell or Java is a plus).
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA).
