We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong financial services experience. This role is not technology-specific but requires direct involvement in business readiness documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery. The PM will ensure initiatives are executed smoothly, with clear documentation and readiness across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across financial services initiatives.
Develop and maintain business readiness documentation (process flows, risk assessments, stakeholder sign-offs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness before go-live.
Track project status, risks, and issues; provide clear reporting to leadership.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment.
Ensure compliance with financial services standards and governance requirements.
Qualifications
8–12 years of project management experience in financial services.
Strong background in business readiness documentation and operational handoffs.
Hands-on approach — able to dive into details, not just oversee.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or similar certification preferred but not required.
