The Opportunity
This is a fast-track role for a first or second jobber who’s hungry to learn full-desk recruiting—both candidate delivery and business development. You’ll get hands-on training, real responsibility from day one, and a clear path to rapid progression and uncapped earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Own the 360 recruitment lifecycle:
- Candidate side: source, attract, qualify, and manage Snowflake data/AI talent (Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Architects, ML/AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Data Leaders).
- Client side: identify, engage, and win new business with data-centric enterprises and consulting partners.
- Build pipelines via Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, communities, events, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
- Run structured qualification calls to assess skills, project experience, culture fit, compensation, and availability.
- Prepare high-quality shortlists; manage interviews end-to-end; negotiate offers and close placements.
- Develop territory and account plans; map org charts; lead discovery calls; create proposals with support from leadership.
- Maintain a high-activity desk with clear weekly metrics (calls, interviews, submissions, new roles, new logos).
- Become a domain insider: become a Snowflake recruitment SME, understanding the modern data stack and partner landscape.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on go-to-market campaigns, meetups, and community initiatives.
- Operate with precision using our tech stack (ATS/CRM, sequencing tools, analytics dashboards).
