Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Dispensary Agent/Budtender to join our CloudHaven team. \As the face of our dispensary, you will assist recreational customers in exploring our diverse range of cannabis products, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience. Your extensive knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods, along with your exceptional communication skills, will guide customers toward well-informed decisions. Responsibilties
* Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
* Educate customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, dosages and effects.
* Build rapport with customers to promote repeat business.
* Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Check for accuracy of online orders before customer pick-up
* Coordinate Pop-up Vendor Days and manage in-store marketing materials.
* Support managers and other dispensary agents/budtenders
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
* Adhere to state compliance regulations and local laws
* Ensure the State monitoring inventory system accurately updates the available product
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass the required background check.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Previous experience in retail or sales preferred, with a history of achieving sales targets.
* Dependable and strong work ethic.
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
* Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
