Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Naperville, IL, for an eClinical Solutions Specialist. Responsibilities include supporting customers in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Cloudbyz's eClinical platform. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their clinical trial management needs, providing demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring seamless software adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to business growth.
