🌟 About the RoleWe are hiring a next-generation AI-driven Sales Executive to expand our cloud technology services business across mid-size and enterprise customers in the DFW area.
This role is focused on helping customers reduce technology costs, optimize cloud spend, and improve workforce productivity through AI, data, and automation.
You’ll combine AI-powered digital selling with in-person relationship building, using modern tools to scale pipeline while driving meaningful client conversations.
🎯 What You’ll Do🤖 AI-Driven Lead Generation- Use AI tools to identify and prioritize target accounts
- Create personalized outreach campaigns at scale (email, LinkedIn, sequences)
- Leverage data signals (cloud spend, hiring, tech stack) to uncover opportunities
- Build a consistent pipeline through automation and analytics
- Engage CXOs and decision-makers on:
- Cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
- AI-driven productivity improvements
- Workforce and operational efficiency
- Translate technical solutions into ROI-driven outcomes
- Build and manage automated workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, tracking)
- Use platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI (emails, notes, summaries)
- Maintain high-quality pipeline visibility
- Conduct regular client meetings across DFW
- Develop strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers
- Own opportunities from prospecting to closure
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Generate and capture high-quality leads
- Execute structured pre- and post-event outreach campaigns
- Convert event interactions into revenue opportunities
- 5 years of B2B sales experience (cloud, IT services, or consulting preferred)
- Strong “hunter” mindset with proven pipeline generation ability
- Experience selling value-based solutions (cost savings, efficiency, transformation)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales productivity and outreach
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Based in DFW with willingness to travel locally
- Consistent generation of high-quality pipeline
- Strong conversion of leads into revenue
- Effective use of AI to scale outreach and reduce manual effort
- High engagement through in-person meetings and events
