We are looking for "Trailblazers" with deep insight into the F&B or commercial kitchen equipment industry. This role is designed for high-performers eager to scale rapidly within the top-tier FoodTech sector.
- Market Expansion & Penetration: Lead the channel expansion of Robby One across North America, focusing on major restaurant chains, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, and commercial catering groups.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Independently drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation and business negotiation to live demos and contract closing—to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Solution Consulting: Deeply understand client pain points (labor costs, quality consistency, etc.) and provide tailored back-of-house automation solutions.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor equipment performance and drive repurchases/referrals through high-standard customer success management.
- Market Intelligence: Provide real-time feedback on market trends to influence product iterations and company strategy.
- Professional Background: Proven management experience in the F&B industry, or a senior sales background in commercial kitchen equipment or F&B SaaS/POS systems.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, strong cross-team communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Industry Insight: Passionate about kitchen automation and the vision of tech-driven change; able to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Self-Driven: Strong self-management skills; comfortable with hybrid work and traveling for local client visits and live demos.
