About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to prevent and resolve workplace disputes, handle administrative claims before state and federal agencies, and represent employers in disciplinary appeals, arbitrations, and litigation. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide day-to-day preventive counseling, training, and strategic labor relations guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise employers on compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop proactive strategies to avoid disputes and litigation
- Represent clients in administrative claims, arbitration, and state/federal court litigation
- Provide training, investigations, and labor negotiation services
- Address emerging workplace issues, including the impact of technology and social media on employee relations

What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to the California State Bar
- Must reside in California
- 5-10 years of Labor & Employment experience
