Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Off-boarding: Ensure every new hire is onboarded and off-boarded in compliance with our company procedures and statutory compliance. Provide M&A support, restructuring & divestiture support.
- Complex Case Management: Act as the Tier 2 support for employee inquiries.
- Process Optimization: Lead the design and documentation of People Operations workflows (e.g., automated onboarding, offboarding) to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of the HRIS (Workday) to ensure 100% data accuracy. Support compliance reporting and auditor requests.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as a liaison with external partners, including EOR and background check vendors.
- Project Leadership: Own small-to-medium scale People Ops projects, such as migrating employee records.
- Experience 4 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a Generalist role.
- Tech Stack Proficiency in Workday
- Knowledge Strong understanding of employment labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and HR best practices.
- Soft Skills High emotional intelligence, discretion with sensitive data, and a "process-first" mindset.
