- We are seeking an Analyst who can support the comprehensive administration of our Compensation and Equity plans
- The successful candidate will be instrumental in administering our global compensation and equity programs, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Support the annual compensation planning processes (LTI, merit, promotions, and bonus payouts), including data validation. Assist in the preparation of communication and presentation materials.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, utilizing compensation surveys and internal data to determine competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and total rewards packages across various roles and geographies.
- Participate in annual and ad-hoc salary surveys. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments, including salary ranges.
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of job family structures and job leveling to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Ensure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, local, and international regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws, GDPR, global tax requirements).
- Conduct internal audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations on compensation metrics for People Operations leadership and executive management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets using Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
