- Fusion Implementations and Support experience
- Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Advanced Collections
- Billing (Fusion Receivables/Subscription Billing)
- Credit Management
- Order Management (OM)
- Customer Data Management (CDM)
- Understand end-to-end O2C business processes including:
- Customer creation & onboarding
- Order booking, fulfillment, and invoicing
- Credit checks, payment processing, and collections
- Revenue flow impact and accounting
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Conduct user workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional documents (BRDs, MD50s).
- Develop and support technical components such as:
- FBDI/ADFDi templates and data loads
- OTBI and BI Publisher reports
- REST/SOAP API integrations
- OIC integrations (mapping, orchestration, scheduling)
- Fast Formulas and personalization/extensions (if needed)
- Work with developers for custom solutions and code reviews.
- Perform end-to-end testing of functional–technical objects (SIT, UAT, regression).
- Build automation scripts for recurring processes where applicable.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 12 years; or PhD with 8 years.
