Job Description
Cloud Resources LLC is actively hiring an experienced Technical Lead for a long-term onsite opportunity in Dallas, TX. We are looking for highly skilled professionals with 12 to 14 years of IT experience who can lead technical teams, drive solution design, and work closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development and technical delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective solutions.
- Drive Agile/Scrum development processes and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of overall IT experience.
- Proven experience working as a Technical Lead.
- Strong expertise in application development and system design.
- Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
