Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, social media, website forms, and other online platforms
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Provide customers with helpful information about company services, products, promotions, and appointment details
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, customer questions, and service-related concerns
- Manage bookings and inquiries from Yelp, social media, website channels, and other online sources
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account details after each interaction
- Communicate with team members to support a seamless customer and service experience
- Stay current on company offerings, processes, and promotions to provide informed support
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and work toward timely, effective resolutions
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, call center work, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort learning new software or technology
- Ability to work well with a team and share information clearly
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable
- Full-time position
- Competitive pay of $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
