As an HVAC Channel Manager, you will be the face of our company, working directly with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs.
- Build strong rapport with potential clients and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC systems.
- Present and explain the benefits of our high-efficiency HVAC products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through self-driven prospecting and follow-ups.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and sales best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client's satisfaction with their experience.
- Work collaboratively with the Cloud Comfort HVAC team to meet company-wide goals.
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience, relevant experience in a consultative role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required, training is provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), are a plus.
- Full - Time
- Uncapped commission potential with earnings up to $200,000 annually.
