What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Solutions Manager position at Cloud Coach?
Product Solutions Manager (PSM)
Remote or Fort Collins, CO | Reports to Director of Professional Services
About Cloud Coach
Cloud Coach is a Salesforce-native Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform built for teams that deliver onboarding, projects, and ongoing services. Our software helps services organizations run delivery operations with less admin, clearer visibility, and better execution.
In 2025, we completed our first acquisition of JustOn, a German billing automation company, creating a 60 person global organization that combines project management with financial automation capabilities.
Trusted by customers across multiple industries and regions, we're looking for team members who are excited to build relationships, drive value, and create meaningful outcomes as we scale.
The Role
We’re hiring a Product Solutions Manager to turn Professional Services delivery work into product. The PSM exists to package what PS builds over and over into repeatable, monetizable assets, with a deliberate lean toward AI-driven solutioning and other work that intersects with our core product offering.
You’ll collect feedback and requirements straight from live engagements and the TSM team, decide what becomes reusable product capability, and act as the connective tissue between PS delivery, Product, and Engineering.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Requirements
- Systematically collect user feedback and requirements from live engagements and the TSM team.
- Hold discovery and requirements cadences with strategic customers, documenting requirements for handoff to the TSM team.
Productization & Monetization
- Audit existing configurations and package new ones into reusable, productized assets and templates.
- Influence the productization roadmap, deciding what delivery work becomes repeatable product capability.
- Drive monetization strategy for productized assets in partnership with leadership and Product.
- Build and maintain a reusable asset/solution library that raises TSM delivery velocity.
AI-Forward Product Design
- Lead product design and execution, with an explicit focus on AI-forward solutioning and automation.
- Configure and prototype solutions directly when shaping a new productized offering (shared craft with the TSM).
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Act as the liaison between PS delivery, Product, and Engineering, carrying field requirements into the roadmap.
- Become the main point of contact for product enablement — creating knowledge assets internally and externally while maintaining existing knowledge nodes.
What You Bring
Required
- 3 years of product management or solutions-architecture experience in a SaaS / professional-services context.
- Hands-on configuration ability comparable to a strong Technical Solutions Manager, plus product-thinking and roadmap skills.
- Demonstrated interest and capability in AI / automation applied to product or delivery.
- Strong discovery skills: turning user feedback into prioritized, packaged requirements.
- Comfort operating across PS, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Agentforce Specialist Certification required.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
Preferred
- Experience at a Salesforce ISV or AppExchange partner.
- Background in PSA, project management, or similar platforms.
What Success Looks Like
- A growing library of productized, reusable assets adopted by the TSM team.
- Measurable monetization or margin lift from packaged offerings.
- Delivery work increasingly converted into repeatable product capability, with AI leverage where it counts.
Why This Role
- Shape what Cloud Coach sells next: you decide what delivery work becomes product.
- AI-forward mandate: lead AI-driven solutioning rather than just keep pace with it.
- Cross-functional seat: a direct line into PS, Product, and Engineering decisions.
- Tight team, real impact: ~30 people company-wide — small enough that your fingerprints are on the roadmap.
What We Bring (Compensation, Perks, Benefits):
- Base Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 with eligibility for quarterly performance bonus
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
- Monthly Health and Wellness Stipend
- Flexible PTO
- Hybrid work environment with ability to work on-site in Fort Collins, Colorado or fully remote
- 401(k) matching up to $3,500 annually
