The Role:
Cloud Coach is seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing operations, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and support the company’s growth initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion and launching of new product lines.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Content Development: Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the marketing department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Promotional Activities: Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements.
- Budget Management: Control budgets and allocate resources among projects.
- External Relations: Act as the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients, building strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 7-10 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Digital and Growth Marketing Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience of creating, running and refining successful paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing is also beneficial.
- Brand Marketing: Experience overseeing new website launches and rebranding projects.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication: Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data Quality: Experience of managing marketing tools, workflows, data, automation, integrations, and other technology stacks to maintain a high-quality marketing database through lead scoring, segmentation, data enrichment and reporting.
- Marketing Techniques: Up to speed with current online marketing techniques and best practices.
- Web Analytics: Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords.
- Customer Orientation: Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
- Professional Certification: Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.
- Marketing Technology: Experience with utilizing solutions like: WordPress, Figma, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, G2, SEMRush, and Salesforce
