Job Title: Network Infra Engineer
Location: O'Fallon, Mo (Hybrid)
Duration: W2 Contract
Note: Need only W2 basis/Visa Transfers & No C2c.
Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience
6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
Strong expertise in:
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
Switching technologies: VLAN, STP, VTP, Port-channeling, VXLAN
Firewall platforms: Cisco ASA, Firepower, Palo Alto, Fortinet
VPN technologies: IPsec, SSL, DMVPN
Wireless networking (Cisco, Aruba)
Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.).
Knowledge of data center networking: Nexus, ACI, spine-leaf architecture.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, routing, security groups).
Strong understanding of network security best practices
Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, etc.).
Scripting knowledge (Python preferred) for automation tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE (written/lab), PCNSE, NSE4/7, AWS/Azure cloud certifications.
