Job Description
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including wireless, VPN, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless networks and Cisco/Meraki infrastructure.
- Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls (PA FW, NGFW) and Palo Alto SD-WAN IONs.
- Establish and support secure remote connectivity via VPNs and IPSEC tunnels.
- Integrate and manage multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Monitor network performance and availability using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, change management, and automation integration.
- Automate routine network tasks and configurations using tools such as Ansible, Python, Rundeck, and Codeshuttle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, scalability, and performance of the network infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
- Strong expertise in Aruba Wireless, Cisco, and Meraki networking solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and SD-WAN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in VPN technologies, including IPSEC tunnel configuration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of network monitoring and performance tuning using SolarWinds.
- Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM and workflow management.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Ansible, Python, Rundeck, and Codeshuttle.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
