Software Engineer

Job Description:

Understanding of device drivers, BIOS configuration and evolution of PC platforms
Requirements gathering, analysis and gap identification
Preparation and maintenance of test cases
Analyze, create and manage test data
Defect documentation,
Proper usage of templates and checklists
Adherence to estimation and schedule
Contribute and support technical knowledge transfer activities
Skill enhancements (self-learning, active participation in training/presentation)
Timely Status Reporting
100 % on-time delivery, on cost
Proficient in the main MS Office applications
Familiar with automated test scripts and defect tracking software (ALM, QTP, etc).
