DevOpsEngineer W/ SQL

Job Description

CVS Health is seeking Mid-Level SQL DevOps Engineers to join the team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners to script, package, and deploy SQL solutions, supporting both development and operations in a hybrid Agile environment. This role is perfect for professionals with strong SQL and DevOps deployment experience who are mid-level in their careers and eager to continue growing.

Must Haves

• 5 years of experience in a SQL/DevOps role
• Strong SQL engineering background with DevOps deployment experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• Scripting deployments
• Post scripts
• Packaging and deploying code changes
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with business partners
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Self-sufficient and able to take ownership of assigned tasks/stories

Pluses

• Experience in fully Agile environments
• Exposure to payer programs or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, and story-based workflows
