We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with strong Tricentis Tosca experiencewho will support our client with quality assurance initiatives for enterprise applications, mainly PeopleSoft-based systems. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and executing functional and regression testing across complex enterprise applications. Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data aligned with project requirements.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and root causes.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and functional teams to understand requirements and validate system functionality.
- Support testing of PeopleSoft applications, including integrations with downstream systems.
- Ensure quality of benefits, pension, or retirement system processes where applicable.
- Support defect tracking, reporting, and resolution using standard QA tools.
- Assist in establishing test automation best practices, frameworks, and reusable components.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Tricentis Tosca certification
- 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of automation testing experience using Tricentis Tosca.
- 3 years of hands-on experience developing and executing automated test cases in Tosca.
- 3 years of experience testing large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft applications (HCM, Financials, Benefits Administration, or Pension modules).
- Strong understanding of:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Test automation frameworks
- Test data management
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Defined Benefit (DB) pension systems, retirement benefits platforms, or public sector retirement systems.
- Experience with API testing, integration testing, or batch processing validation.
- Knowledge of database validation and SQL queries.
