About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Operations to help scale and optimize the core functions that power Closinglock’s success. This role will oversee key operational areas, including Revenue Operations (RevOps), Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and more, ensuring our teams are equipped to hit our ambitious growth goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will be a critical member of the leadership team, driving operational excellence and building scalable systems to support our next stage of growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and scale our core operational functions, including RevOps, Enablement, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources
- Drive process improvements across the business to increase efficiency, transparency, and performance.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strong operational support for all go-to-market activities.
- Build and refine reporting structures and KPIs to provide data-driven insights to the leadership team.
- Oversee headcount planning, compensation analysis, and onboarding processes to support team growth and retention.
- Own operational tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, enablement platforms, etc.) to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Create and execute strategies to support scalable, repeatable growth as Closinglock expands.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team on operational best practices and scaling strategies.
What You Bring:
- 6 years of experience in operations, with 3 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams (experience in SaaS preferred).
- Strong background in scaling organizations through operational excellence, including Talent Acquisition, RevOps, Enablement, and Human Resources
- Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
- Data-driven mindset — you're comfortable building reports, identifying insights, and making decisions based on metrics.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience leading through rapid growth and change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other common sales/marketing/customer success tools is a plus.
