We’re a close-knit, artist-focused team that values kindness, authenticity, and creativity. Our mission is to make every person who walks through our doors feel seen, supported, and inspired.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy Executive Assistant to help keep our operations, communications, and creative projects running smoothly. This part-time role blends administration, marketing coordination, and community engagement — ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and artistry, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing creative space.
- Assist the owner with scheduling, organization, and project coordination
- Keep projects on track — turning ideas into actionable systems and follow-through
- Maintain awareness of all aspects of the business (self-tape studio, photography, and rentals) and step in when needed
- Help design and manage systems that strengthen client relationships and community engagement
- Support the development and coordination of studio programs and creative initiatives
- Track participation and results to support continued growth
- Gather feedback, analyze engagement, and suggest creative improvements
- Plan and manage social media and content marketing campaigns
- Gather and organize photo/video assets from shoots and events
- Use AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, etc.) to create content that reflects our brand voice
- Design and send bi-monthly email campaigns highlighting studio updates and community spotlights
- Monitor performance metrics and engagement to guide future campaigns
- Collaborate with the Owner and Studio Manager to align communications and schedules
- Represent the studio with warmth and professionalism when interacting with clients and collaborators
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or arts administration
- Comfortable using digital and AI tools for creative production and workflow
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Flexible, reliable, and self-directed — able to manage multiple projects gracefully
- A warm, professional demeanor that aligns with our studio’s values.
- Part-time: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Hybrid: Remote work plus some in-studio time in Burbank
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
