We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production Machine Operator to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications
- Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager

- We will train you to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems
- Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems)
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus
