Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down workspaces for events and meetings.
- Report maintenance issues and hazards to management promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
