- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums efficiently and safely to ensure optimal floor care.
- Handle chemical agents with strict adherence to safety protocols for sanitation and cleaning purposes.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all custodial activities, including chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning tools.
- Experience
- Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, sanitation standards.
- Experience handling chemical agents safely in accordance with safety protocol guidelines.
- Prior involvement in facilities maintenance or general upkeep roles is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary.
