Key Responsibilities:
- Be on time/early everyday (no really! - its critical for this position)
- Oversee and manage daily installation schedules and service calls.
- Train, coach, and support the installation team to ensure quality performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.
- Efficiently manage the installation board and optimize daily workflow.
- Coordinate daily van fleet operations for residential installations.
- Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Address and resolve on-site issues and provide creative problem-solving solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed.
- 1 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Must have strong technical skills with computers and software.
- 25 years of experience in consumer-facing installation or home services preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Effective multitasker with strong follow-through.
