Responsibilities
- Expertly install custom closet and storage systems according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Assemble, mount, and fit cabinetry and shelving with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve any installation challenges promptly and effectively.
- Transport and handle materials and equipment responsibly to prevent damage.
- Proven experience in installation or carpentry, ideally with custom closets or similar storage solutions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity, comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
