Design and Sales Consultant

Closet Factory of New Jersey is currently looking for passionate, upbeat, professional salespeople with a great track record to join our growing sales team. Our sales professionals travel to and from our clients' homes, working closely with them to create the project that will solve their problems, and providing solutions within their budget. While our offices and showroom are located in Fanwood, NJ, we are currently focused on finding individuals from multiple locations within New Jersey to service the growing number of requests for appointments. Your general service area would be within 40-50 minutes of your home.

We design, manufacture, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, wallbeds, pantries, bookshelves, wall beds and much more. As a result are searching for new designers to add to our close-knit team of individuals who design and sell our products directly to homeowners, builders, contractors, interior designers and architects.

• Possess solid selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Have an interest in interior design and home organization
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are detail oriented – Have ability to space plan, visualize and measure a space
• Can work both independently and in teams

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
