You are applying to walk into someone's home, figure out their problem and solve it. Custom. Permanent. Built around them.
What You Will Do
Drive to homes across Houston to meet with homeowners. You ask questions. You listen. You solve their problem on the spot using our CAD software, handle objections and close the sale. Then you manage the project through final sign off.
The process is the same every time. No two homeowners are the same. That is what makes this hard and what makes it worth doing.

Who This Is For

You will be trained. The training is thorough. But it does not work for you in your absence. The designer who succeeds here takes ownership of their own learning, gets genuinely comfortable with every resource available, and never stops working to get better.
