Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. We are looking for a brand ambassador and someone who will be a true advocate for the company.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- High energy, enthusiastic phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excite our prospective clients about their consultation
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work
- Exceptional organization and math skills
- Ability to multi-task in high energy environment
- Computer experience (Outlook and Microsoft Office)
- Phone sales experience highly desirable
- Experience in scheduling appointments with clients and dispatching
- Experience in Sales Force a plus
- Experience in Quickbooks online a plus
