Responsibilities
- Manage acute pain and assist with complex medical procedures such as tube feeding, venipuncture, and sterile dressing changes.
- Respond promptly to patient needs during overnight shifts, providing triage and emergency interventions when necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with diverse conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or developmental disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records and patient information.
- Support infection control practices and assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards.
- Experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities, or those requiring hospice or memory care services.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize urgent clinical situations quickly and respond effectively.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and infection control are required; additional certifications such as IV insertion or phlebotomy are a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
