Production assemblers starting pay is $19.40 plus $1.00 shift differential.
Wage increases up to $26.61 after 24 months.

Requirements; Qualified candidates
- Must be able to lift 30 - 50 lbs, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Must be 18 years old or older and hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Assemble garage doors using various hand tools, power tools, and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Apply appropriate identifying labels to doors and/or boxes, where required.
- Visually inspect parts for defects; replace parts that don’t meet quality specifications.
- Monitor supply of production materials available at work station; reorder as needed.
- Maintain accurate and neat daily production reports.
- Basic knowledge of hardware required for various door models.
- Ability to read and write a limited number of words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers.
- Ability to count and perform simple math operations to determine information such as weight, temperature, and quantity.
- Must be able to perform lockout tagout.
- Ability to meet production and quality standards.
- Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
