Lead, coach, and develop the sales management and sales consultant teams
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability, and market share
Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards
Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to improve performance and forecasting
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategy with dealership goals
Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivational management style
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Track record of building high-performing, engaged sales teams
