A hospital system in Southern NH is looking to hire a Director of HR Technology on a permanent basis.
The individual in this role will be the HR Technology lead for the Workday platform and will manage a small team of HRIS Specialists.
This person is responsible for the administration, implementation, and design of all HR technology solutions and will collaborate closely across HR, IT, Finance, and other operational leadership.
The right candidate for this role will have deep expertise in the Workday platform.
Requirements:
*Able to work on-site in Manchester, NH at least 3 days/wk
*Bachelor’s Degree
*5 years experience using Workday software
*8 years experience working with HR technology
Preferences:
*Healthcare/Hospital industry experience is a plus
*Team management experience is a plus
*Someone who has gone through system implementation / change / significant modification is a plus
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
