The Mission:
Deliver multifamily ADUs at scale through disciplined project execution .
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Project Delivery: Lead multiple ADU builds from groundbreaking to final sign-off, ensuring every project hits key milestones on time.
- Decisive Leadership: Serve as the primary point of command for field superintendents and subcontractors, maintaining a high-performance culture on every site.
- Unified Project Oversight: Utilize computer skills and knowledge to maintain a centralized project hub for all real-time data and documentation.
- Performance Accountability: Set clear expectations for trade partners, ensuring "factory-speed" standards are met without compromising safety or code compliance.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions to keep the construction pipeline moving.
