Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Assistant located in our Boca Raton, FL office. The Interior Design Assistant will support the design team by assisting with the development of design concepts, creating floor plans, and coordinating design projects. Responsibilities include space planning, furniture selection, and communicating effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure the highest level of service and project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and creating functional layouts
- Strong skills in Interior Design and developing creative concepts
- Experience with drafting Floor Plans and design schematics
- Knowledge of Furniture selection and arranging to enhance space aesthetics
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is preferred
